Boeing's troubled Starliner spacecraft undocked from the Space Station and headed back to Earth without its crew. NASA will work on the problems that sidelined the Starliner in hopes of launching it again. The two astronauts who flew to the Space Station on the Starliner will return in February aboard another spacecraft. NBC News' Tom Costello reports.
